very easy XD
if u don't have any program installed, and you want to take screen shots lei..
on the top row of ur keyboard, to the right hand side of the Fxx Keys, you should have a "Prt Sc" Key, that's Print Screen (try a few times, some keyboard works if u just hit that key, some, u need to use "fn - function keys" - laptops, some need to use the "f-lock - function lock - normal keyboards"), then u go to Paint, Paste it there, the crop the photo, then save it...

another choice is...  use Fraps, Hypercam or some other recording program...
you can download a trail version from the net, or buy them.... or get a cracked version to save ur $$
you can record vids, take screen shots with these software =]
